I’m creating new crafts and printables for many of my Bible story posts. As I was reading this passage again, I thought about how bright and full the sky must have been when Abram stood outside his tent. These words from the Psalm 8 came to mind,
When I consider your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?
I love creating crafts that encourage interaction and give kids the opportunity to retell the story. This simple diorama printable is available both in color and black and white. Cutting, gluing, and coloring will give you plenty of time to discuss the story and the wonder of the promise God made to Abraham.
Cut out the diorama portion and overlap the triangle flaps attaching them to each other with glue. Cut out the Abraham figure, fold the flap, and glue to the base of the diorama.
