Awana Craft for Jesus is Risen

Our Awana lesson focused on the words According and Risen from 1 Corinthians 15:3-4

For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.

With different words or verses on the end panels, this would also be a great Easter craft.  I try to make our crafts be interactive or 3D so the kids will keep them in their rooms as a reminder.  The images and verses were glued to a half sheet of card stock.  To make Jesus stand out, I created a 1″ x 5″ strip of paper that was folded and glued together.  Download the printable for this craft here.
